Return, Exchange policy
RAJ Enterprise, The Fabric Haul does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
Please make an unboxing video after receiving the parcel. Without the video, RAJ Enterprise, The Fabric Haul will not be liable for any defective/ wrong product received.
In case you would want a refund or replacement due to a defective product, please send us an email with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number to thefabrichaul@gmail.com, , within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would revert on your email at the earliest.
Kindly take picture of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package.
Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if you receive. Wrong Product
Return shipping charges would be incurred by RAJ Enterprise, The Fabric Haul only in case of wrong/defective product shipment.
RAJ Enterprise, The Fabric Haul does not offer any reimbursement and refunds for transaction charges (and/or bank charges), amount paid to third parties, for the services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges, that are non-recoverable for RAJ Enterprise, The Fabric Haul.
